A key element in preparing your property for a successful sale is establishing a welcoming atmosphere through meticulous organisation.

Here is what to expect from the process…

1. Getting started

A 30 minute no obligation free consultation via phone/video to discuss your needs. Then, a one hour in home consultation to assess space is £40 (this will be refunded should you book a session).

2. A Booked Session

I come and work either alongside you or work alone. I then begin decluttering and organising your required space to help you achieve your goal. I am very happy to take away a car load of stuff for recycling/tip or book you a collection service from your doorstep!

3. Follow Up Call

A few weeks after my visit, I follow up with an email or text to see how you are getting on and see if the space I have created is working for you in your family home.

pricing & Sessions

I charge an hourly rate of £40 (minimum booking of 4 hours).
Sort: 4 hours decluttering/organising for £160
Sorting: 6 hours decluttering/organising for £240
Sorted: 24 hours decluttering/organising for £860 (saving of £100)
